A rare case of isoniazid induced sideroblastic anemia

Sideroblastic anemia is a rare cause of anemia. Most it accounts for the genetic cause, while drug induced still uncommon. Our patient, 20 year old female, known case right frontal tuberculoma on ATT presented with complaints generalized weakness and loss appetite.
